Rumi says "The One you are seeking is actually Seeking you!"
So try to "find" that One who is Seeking you, in you, and abide therein.
Try to connect with that One's Awareness of you, and try to feel that your awareness of God and God's Awareness of you is One Awareness.
This One Awareness is already God’s ever-present Nearness to you. Try more and more to feel God’s Loving Nearness.
This Nearness is not a nearness of distance or place. It is a Nearness of Knowing. A Nearness of Love. It is the Immediate Nearness of a Loving Awareness. There is no distance in Awareness. And, ‘There is no awareness except God’. La illaha illa Allah.
Then perhaps your "seeking" will cease and your "finding" of God’s Nearness will increase.
“And He is with you wherever you may Be.” ~Q 57:4
May God increase your Awareness of His Nearness to you.
