To Commune with Unity is true service as Community. The servant of Unity is the servant of the One who is the inmost Self (Sirr) of selves. This servant serves the shared Oneness of Being of all Humanity. Such service starts with the uniting in communion, the diverse parts of one’s self, then family, then the Neighbor as Religious community, and then other communities as they arise in our direct experience. This process of unity and community is a process of Divine Love.
This is the secret of: “My servant never ceases to draw Near me through obligatory and voluntary devotion until I Love him, and when I Love him, I AM the Hearing with which he hears, the Seeing with which he sees, the Hands with which he touches…”
